      Pros

      This is a great place where you can learn, especially if you are new in your career. There is a lot to learn, so you have to be willing and ready to learn a whole new industry if you are new to the gift cards industry.

      Cons

      If you are somewhat seasoned, you need to think about all the pros and cons, weight out if you enjoy working remote, etc. Sometimes it can be difficult to move up, as some opportunity don't necessarily open fast.
