Great mission to be a part of - you get to contribute to products which save lives. Leadership team is very strong and there are good established teams to scale up the business. Good team leaders who care about your development. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills and make interdepartment moves.Overall culture is great.

Cons

There are aggresive product and launch objectives plus every now and then an event pops up - so be prepared for that fast pace. Company has also grown a lot - there is good in-team synergy but sometimes can feel hard to connect with the larger company.
