      - Very good for getting PE experience - Great for building punctuality habits

      Cons

      - Management based in threats and like to point out mistakes of co-wokers in front of others. - Unhealthy competitive culture. Few managers have the idea that the way to shine and grow is to bring other co-workers down (literally stated). - Unpaid, hard to afford to work there. - I could write a book of the cons of working along with the 5 and 7 year old kids of the Managing Director.
