Prior to Amicus, Yelena has founded two independent consulting firms: a technology consultancy specializing in the design and architecture of strategic technology solutions, and a management consultancy focused on business architecture and capability-driven strategy. Throughout her consulting career, Yelena consistently stayed at the frontier of the technology and industry curves to deliver innovative business and technology solutions for Fortune 500, mid-size, and start-up companies across Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Human Resources, Leasing, and Restaurant/Retail sectors.
