Pros

Get a full picture of how PE firm works and have opportunities of networking.

Cons

Decision makers often change their mind. Sometimes, it would cause confusion to employees. Company objectives or daily tasks need to be more relevant to business.

Pros

It looks good on a resume if you can spin it properly.

Cons

They hire a lot of foreign citizens (mostly from China) because they lack things like OSHA and some of the worker's rights afforded to US citizens. They do this because they walk all over you (over the false promise of a bonus based on PE deal that will probably never happen) and don't want you to report them. Additionally, you can easily see the shills on this page as they write positive reviews in incredibly broken English.

Pros

- Great place for finance and accounting students to get hands-on experience in investment banking and private equity industry - Get to know the professional working environment, how to answer phone calls, what your employers expect from you, how to adapt to a new environment, how to work with people effectively, etc. - Since this is a small size company, you can get your hands in many teams if you're proactive to learn and serious about your career path. Don't be discouraged at the beginning if this is not a place for you. Give yourself time to grow and adapt to the new environment. - Be proactive to seek out other opportunities while working here

Cons

- unpaid 6-month internship. Feel like I do not making any money after graduation. - small office - office hours from 8-5 - too many politics going on in the office
