      Pros

      Blackmore Partners is a good place to start for your career path. you will gain experience in Private Equity industry and learn about deals cycle. Also, the company gives you a chance to connect with c-level people and people who works in PE firms. Good to learn from their experience and build your stronger path in the future. Another good thing in Blackmore Partners, you will meet and work with many great colleagues. In multicultural work environment, everyone is willing to share their experience and always supports each other. Lastly, you may need to work in different tasks which is very challenge. But you will really improve your time management and multiple tasking skill.

      Cons

      It is full-time unpaid internship. You will work in the very basic tasks and pretty boring things in the first few weeks. So, you may need to have high self motivation to put yourself.

      Pros

      -Will give you a great chance to get exposure to how M&A works. But only if you are willing to push for it. -Great chance to improve leadership skills. -The management are willing to take on new ideas -Will provide you great networking opportunities with a lot of knowledgeable individuals -If you make it to the back end you will do more deal work here than at any other M&A internship

      Cons

      -The processes in place are very disorganized -There are some of useless processes (they gave us three tests but nothing ever cam of any of them) -May take a long time before being exposed to anything more than menial tasks

      Good place to gain experience in private equity industry. Have the chance to go through the overall process, and train teamwork capabilities.

      Cons

      Very unstructured, and may do very basic work from the beginning.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are curious as to what your definition of "unstructured" includes? The program follows a 6 month published syllabus, with milestone tests along the way. We would like to learn why you think it is unstructured?
