      Pros

      - Ideal place for people with no work experience - Flexible hours - Access to executives in varies fields - Some people get excellent jobs at big companies like Morgan Stanley after working here

      Cons

      - No feasible deals to work on - Very chaotic from top down - Sometimes there were actually very good opportunities, but they failed to pursue them

      Pros

      You can get basic understanding of how PE world works (like types of transactions, what PEGs are looking for, etc.). Also, for recent graduates it's a good place to learn how to do research, power point presentations and other stuff. Networking events can also help you to find you next paid job.

      Cons

      Being an unpaid intern isn't very appealing and sometimes it causes the lack of motivation. But here you have to create you own motivation, no one will do it for you. So get as much as possible from this internship and move on.

      As an accounting student, I learnt a lot about how to apply my skills and knowledge in a private equity firm. The experience here helped me get familiar to communicating and following up in a professional business environment. All the interns and supervisors here are nice and friendly, talking with them about your feelings and goals can help them set good internship program for you.

      Cons

      You need to have a clear goal before working here.
