I enjoyed getting hands on experience working with executives and participating in HR task. Also, being promoted to the Team Leader of the HR team. I would recommend this internship to someone who is looking to gain real world experience. The pace of this internship is perfect for someone who has experience but is looking to key in on certain aspects.

First and foremost, this internship has played a crucial role in enhancing my communication skills. Initially, I experienced a sense of shyness as I was unfamiliar with the Private Equity sphere. However, as time went on, I gained more confidence and became more adept at expressing myself freely. Secondly, this internship has provided me with valuable experience in teamwork. I have had the opportunity to work in a collaborative and friendly environment, which has allowed me to understand the importance of working together towards a common goal. Lastly, one significant aspect of my growth during this internship has been in the area of leadership. Over the past month, I have been entrusted with leading a team, which has tremendously helped me develop my ability to effectively communicate with team members, delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and motivate and support team members. As an international student, this internship in the United States was my first experience here, and I believe it will greatly benefit me when I start looking for other jobs. This internship has helped me improve my skills, especially in areas where I was lacking. The knowledge and experience I gained will enhance my resume and make me a stronger candidate for future opportunities. I am confident that the skills I developed during this internship will lay a solid foundation for my career growth and open doors to exciting possibilities in the future.
