Almost all related to communication and overall functioning of the position: - mandatory overtime (not initially stated when hired) - constant callouts making for short-staffed shifts - callouts also mean supervisors bug you about coming in early or staying late almost every day - communication around the worksite is not great, affecting both staff and patients - quick turnaround rate (employees frequently leave) - lots of tasks required that are not initially listed in either application nor interview - interviewed by someone who was extremely new to the company, couldn’t answer basically any question I had about working with this company or at this job site - lots of gossip between employees - no dedicated trainers meaning regular staff are expected to train new hires (with no compensation for it), which also results in everyone being trained differently
