Makes you work on new technology without any training and insults if you dont deliver. Can fire you at any moment without any proper explanation. Bad Startup culture dont value there employees

1. Don't believe on Mangement/HR words: First they said you will get hike on day "X", after date "X", they proposed new date "Y", they failed, and few weeks after date "Y", again proposed new date "Z". Again failed. Few months after date "Z", they said "BYE BYE". LAID OFF. So see the U turn fro m HIKE to FIRE. 2. HR policies change more frequent than weather. 3. Worse management. 4. Politics friendly company.
