      Pros

      Blakehurst is a great place to work. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Your voice as an employee is heard. My orientation was the best I have ever had in my 30 years of work experience.

      Blakehurst truly cares for their employees and residents. I continue to love my job after 24 years at the community.
