Pros

Blakehurst provides a friendly and welcoming environment to all employees. The orientation program is top notch. The building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Nursing staff assignments are the best I've seen in the industry.

I have not experienced any cons.

The Residents are the Best! The property is so great to walk around which makes for a delightful Community! The staff are fun to work with.

Cons

Keeping and hiring qualified staff. Forums for staff to voice their concerns without reprisal.
