Pros

The guys who come in to Blank Label are some of the best people ever. Client interaction is wonderful and the pattern room is a great place to work out of!

Cons

The management micromanagaes employees and the standards of behavior for employees are not the same and expectations are not equal. Employees who have been with the company for a long time get away with things new employees would be fired for.

Pros

The pros/cons are the same, depending on who are. Long story short: great people, meaningful work, worth pursuing if you want a hand in building something.

Cons

There's structure, but it's not a place you'll learn from someone above you. You have to pace/teach yourself. If you're looking for complete stability, not a place for a you. It's a young startup and mostly bootstrapped, so

Great company with an awesome product. They provide you with the ability to do whatever it takes to give your clients the best experience possible. Awesome opportunity to develop your skills and further your career. Upper management is excellent. My favorite job I’ve ever had!

Cons

It’s sales - which can be a bit stressful at times.
