Pros
It is a great place to get experience with entry level pay on large weldments using Solidworks. It is a pretty easy going atmosphere. The company is very proud to do right for their customers and make it right. Things aren't usually just rushed out the door, but design reviews catch issues before completion
Cons
Pay is below average and while the company is doing well, The profits are reinvested in expanding. There is up to 10% "Gainsharing" but it never comes close because of the reinvestment. There is a minimum of 45 hours per week and that is not enough to get the job done. Excluding group leads Designers do the same exact job as Engineers are paid salary except they are paid less because they lack a Bachelors degree.
