      The company does a great job at focusing on employee's, and creating a culture of work/life balance mixed with work hard, play hard mentality. My team is very collaborative and supportive!

      High overtime pay but poor management and safety concerns

      Pros

      ~30-40 hours overtime per week. Compensation for per diem, relocation, and housing good

      Cons

      horrible management and HR that tries to dismiss safety. Unprofessional and constant rework. Terrible choice of service companies that will make your job harder, and get paid 2x you are to sit in the truck and bill hours. Dangerous and negligent company morals.

      I have worked at Blattner as a Talent Sourcer for almost 5 years now and absolutely love it. The corporate office departments are great at collaboration and are always proactive when it comes to bringing in top talent - I highly recommend Blattner!
