      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoy working at Bleckmann, my role allows me to interact with all departments based on site. Bleckmann is a people-focused organisation and the management team cares about staff and makes it a safe, clean and organised place to work. There are many opportunities for internal growth and development and it is extremely rewarding to see staff members flourish. In HR, we are currently building our recruitment platforms and looking at our benefits package the best we can for our staff.

      Friendly people Easy, not hard work.

      Cons

      Low salary, salary is sent too late. Work positions are boring, in the work place they turn on the same pop anoying music every single day. Planing and administration is really bad.
