      Opportunities are offered to people that want to go the extra mile. Bleckmann offers many opportunities: -gives you a lot of freedom in achieving the predetermined goal -provides training when requested -continuously adapts to the present -is open to ideas, and provides space to independently try out new ways.

      Cons

      You have to stand out, it is a large company, so there is less time to evaluate each person individually. But if you are confident enough to speak up, Bleckmann listens to you and helps you with your questions/problems.
