C2G is a growing, entrepreneurial company to work for where individual contributions are valued, new ideas are respected and leadership is accessible and engaged at all levels. Given the ongoing growth and changing environment, flexibility and adaptability are expected from all employees. A few other pros: * Great clients * Smart and driven employees with integrity * Incredible level of internal collaboration * Talented consultants with a wide range of skills * Flexible work arrangements * Work hard, play hard culture Overall, C2G provides a place where employees can contribute to the business, and feel personally connected to results, while accomodating and supporting a wide range of career goals.

Cons

C2G has been evolving and growing, and with that comes some pain points. While all small companies have to consider cost and impact to the business, there are some areas worth exploring further to improve employee satisfaction and retention: * competitive compensation and robust benefits * process improvements and additional support * career progression planning at all levels

Pros

Some Pros of C2G are: Very supportive colleagues, everyone is extremely helpful and eager to assist in any way they can. Everyone shares the same dedication to their work and accomplishing our collective goals. The corporate culture is very fun and you really feel valued by the leadership in the company.

Cons

I would not say there are many cons at all, typical growing pains but everyone is very flexible and address issues quickly.

* The company has strong growth and is adding new clients * The company has a great culture and is proactive in creating it * The client list is word class with lots of interesting projects to work on * There is a lot of great talent, including people from some of the biggest and best brands in the world.

Cons

* The company is growing quickly and therefore changing along the way. While the change is good, it can be uncomfortable for some people
