The only thing I can think of is just the work life balance is tough - but being a services company you always have to put the client first.

Flexible schedules and working modality. Different projects with different clients, so is not boring and monotonous. Colleagues and bosses are kind and easy-going for the most part.

Cons

Love working for a growing company that is fast paced and allows me to learn especially within our space of AI Services. Non-traditional benefits are cool and management allows for flexibility in working times and hours.

Cons

The work can be demanding at times as it's client based and we work hard to ensure client satisfaction. The company infrastructure is a bit behind the growth rates which can cause some hardships.
