Blend is a global company with a boutique firm feel. Leaders are accessible to everyone for feedback & guidance.

We're growing fast, so there's room to improve: communication can sometimes be delayed and internal processes have been somewhat slow to be established.

If you just start your career and can work over time, you get to do different projects

Cons

The company has no own core strength, they just fill in short time need of clients. They hire people when the short term need is more, and let people go when the need is low.
