It's a great organization with tremendous leadership and transparency. With aggressive growth goals, the SLT has done a great job communicating the business model and strategy from the top down. Good compensation and also equity available once you reach a level of Director.

Cons

Lots of pressure from clients and leadership to deliver and job can be at risk if lose a deal and no longer billable
