I've been at Blend360 for almost 2 years now, and the thing that consistently stands out is the people. Genuinely smart, collaborative, and kind (which isn't as common as it should be out there!) The work is varied and interesting, with visible impact. True flexibility without the isolation. Room to grow if you're proactive about it.

Cons

The pace is fast and priorities can shift — if you need a lot of structure upfront, there's an adjustment period. That said, it also means there's a lot of room to shape your own path.
