      Pros

      Flexible work schedules. For folks that are high performers there are lots of opportunities to grow and move into new areas.

      Cons

      Would love to see more process and guard rails as we grow so we can easily scale.

      supportive colleages, free drinks and snakes in the office

      Cons

      1. Generous 25 gift card rewards for the great work :) 2. 0 job security, emplyees are treated as cheap labor and if they cannot sell you to a client to fill out the billable hours you better get ready 3. Lack of transparency. The only thing you can hear from leadership is we are growing while they are laying off people 4.Micro managment. Need to be vigilant when you are in the office because some people are watching you. You have to go to the happy hour/social or you are not fitting the "culture"

      I really can’t think of any. The company is a mess

      Always layoffs. The company doesn’t have a clear goal. Always budget cut and the managers want to hire superstars without paying them the superstar money they deserve.
