1. Micro management 2. Repetitive work with no growth 3. Lots of office politics especially during promotion 4. No work life balance - expected to work all day and be available all day at the laptop - If you're awake you have to work 5. Skipped meals many days due to the amount of work 6. No growth in skills or salary - very low hikes 7. No Transparency in management 8. Bad office environment - not at all fun - everyone is gloomy and stuck to desks 9. Makes us feel like taking leaves is a crime and need to wait and keep asking for permission and proving ourselves just to get leaves - and no leave reimbursement 10. Worked overnights and on weekends many times with no appreciation, it is expected for them 11. management is very hard for accidental mistakes, but 0 appreciation for good work - they rarely give hifis, that also once the project is competed, and if you're stuck in a big project - good luck Switching was the best choice I made
