Avoid if you are experienced, stay for a year or two if you need to pad resume as a fresh graduate.
Pros
- Some of the junior people I've worked with are talented and hard working. - Open to remote working.
Cons
- Very high churn at all levels. As a result, no chance to build deep expertise in any vertical for a consultancy. DS folks are mostly doing cookie cutter stuff. So called subject matter experts just know what anyone can find on google. - Leaders are airdropped into untenable client situations with little to no support, if you make it out you get a pat on the back and maybe a promotion, if not you get dropped like a hot potato. - Claims they want to find the best in the business but their comp is no where near the necessary levels to attract top talent. Mediocre benefits. - Their business model relies on churning through lowly paid fresh graduate H1Bs, so called "All Stars", brings on dozens every year to sustain the business and the churn. - Overall for the pay and the accompanied stress levels, not worth it.
