      Pros

      I have received the highest level of engagement from Blend on multiple projects over 5+ years. The team at Blend has been helpful to me in accomplishing the client deliverables, and makes me feel I am an integral part of the team.

      Cons

      I am not sure at this time; each time I talk to them about an idea, they do their best to implement it or to improve things overall.

      Pros

      My manager Catherine was tremendous. She was incredibly supportive, knew the key players on the client side and provided excellent advice. Also, it was a great opportunity to work directly on the client team, but still have a really supportive Blend360 team.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.

      Pros

      Blend360 has an excellent culture and environment where leadership genuinely cares about it's employees and puts forth effort to improve benefits, employee satisfaction, and employing training while being an extremely successful business.

      Cons

      There are no significant cons that I have experienced.
