      Pros

      Blend has really set me up to be successful in my my current role and has really helped in shaping my career path. I have learned so much in the past 2 years growing both personally and professionally as the company grows. The culture is so great, Blend really goes above and beyond in making new employees feel welcome, hosting fun events, and doing a lot for employee recognition!

      Cons

      I would really only say increasing employee benefits but I know they are working towards this and have already increased a ton just this year!

      People are ready to help and are collaborative.

      Cons

      Underestimate the time needed to carry out a task. Client-facing side (non-technical) put in requests for additional work just before an important meeting.
