      Pros

      Blend360 specializes in marketing assignments, and does a great job understanding candidates, background and matching them with suitable marketing positions. Interacting with various team members is seamless - I feel there is good communication within. They are a pleasure to work with.

      The leadership team is great. Flexibility and work life balance, never a dull moment, great people, work hard play hard mentality

      Pros

      There is nothing more exhilarating than a company that has a clear vision and a good growth plan in a fast moving industry. C2G has both an established Marketing company and emerging Data Science division that is laser focused on client needs. The leadership team is clear and transparent in their communications. When all the employees are aligned around the same thing - rather than office politics - it's magical.

      Cons

      If you are introverted and not working in one of the main offices, you will need to ensure you stay connected to everyone
