I found the work to be enjoyable, and at times, challenging. Illini Community Hospital upholds its high standards of excellence in their training. I have learned many new skills from qualified co-workers and supervisors. They will never send you out on your own, unless you are ready; very supportive!

Cons

I have no downsides that I know of while being employed at my former job.
