Starting pay, location, equiptment to do job.

Cons

Pay increases are tiny. Nepotism. Demands vs Stated v actual recognition and rewards. Inability to move up for long stretches as they just keep promoting the same people. Leadership treats everyone else like idiots and taljs down to them. Board out of touch. Oh, and dont be fooled about the sign on bonuses.
