There is room for professional development

The executive team never checks on the staff to know what they really need. The managers in both the hospital and the clinics are so concerned about being right all the time and showing their dominance that they lose sight of why they are really working for a health system. The biggest dissatisfier is work life balance. They over work all their employees because they won't approve the correct amount of positions for each department, unit, etc. The executive team is more concerned about their bonus at the end of the year instead of giving back to their departments and employees.

Gets Stressful High turnover rate Not much room for growth. Can be pulled in different directions. Management needs to invest in their employees
