      Pros

      Company has made a lot of new hires in recent months, including senior and leadership positions. This is a good experienced team from the industry that is now influencing the company in a positive, upward direction. Good place to learn and grow, if you are looking to improve your skills and pick up new ones from peers and leaders. Plenty of opportunities to show individual leadership as well. Company and team culture significantly improving. This is definitely a company with long-term vision.

      Cons

      Extremely high accountability now for deliverables and timelines than before with individuals and teams having clear product/process ownership. This place will not be a fit if you’re looking for an easy sailing role.

      Pros

      • Competitive salary (but it’s not worth it for the stress). • Benefits package is decent. • Some coworkers were genuinely great people, though the atmosphere makes it hard to form healthy working relationships.

      Cons

      • Toxic leadership: Senior management is unapproachable and shows blatant favoritism. There’s a lack of clear communication, and feedback is often ignored or punished. • Unrealistic expectations: The workload is overwhelming, and you’re expected to be available 24/7 with little regard for work-life balance. • No growth opportunities: Promotions and raises are rare unless you’re in the inner circle. Career development is almost non-existent. • Blame culture: Mistakes are met with harsh criticism instead of support, creating a fear-driven environment where people are afraid to speak up or take initiative. • High turnover: Most employees either quit or are terminated after burning out. The company doesn’t seem interested in addressing the root causes of this constant turnover.
