      just meh and confusing leadership

      Pros

      You'll learn a lot about the healthcare space, have autonomy, and work with some great people - especially those in the pharmacy on the front lines, the CX heroes, and engineers.

      Cons

      Management - frequently changing whether that be at C-Level or your direct manager. This is a huge impediment to career goal continuity and team dynamics because there was a shift every few months.

      My family uses Blink Health for our prescriptions and it has saved us a lot per month

      Cons

      Start-up growing pains from time to time. Have to understand and accept what you’re getting yourself into. There are a lot of opportunities to start things from scratch but the flip side is also having to build out the processes/documentation to automate for the future. You have to be someone who likes to build things out from the ground up and accept that comes with things breaking from time to time. It is not for everyone and that’s okay.

      Pros

      After seeing what our new COO & CTO have implemented process wise, I’m bullish on our growth. Healthcare is a critical industry at the moment and it seems we’re in a good position.

      Cons

      - Better understanding of the value of our equity. I’d like to learn why we’re at the current preferred price. Give us more than just general equity knowledge. - Better external company PR & Marketing - More opportunities to hear positive CX calls and/or written customer experiences. - Clarity on our Remote Policy after the world is “back to normal.”
