      Other companies can't even compare to Blink Health. Blink Health has it all: - A powerful mission and always puts its customers first - Extremely fast-paced and rapidly growing - Always working on very meaningful projects - everything I work on is vital to growth and is easy to see how it relates to the overall company value proposition and strategy - Very disruptive and innovative product - Very collaborative and humble culture - everyone is extremely bright, hardworking and willing to help each other out

      Cons

      - It's a growing startup in a very competitive industry so you always have to be prepared - A lot to accomplish and not enough people (the typical issue when a startup gets into hyper-growth mode)

      Pros

      Blink Health is a compassionate company with a great message. I have been working here for almost a year now and since the company has come a long way, they are always finding new ways to progress and be innovative. The managers truly care about their employees and do their best to help you and to push you so you can continue to grow. It's a great environment, everyone is friendly and gets along pretty well. They provide catered lunches, as well as snacks and host different employee events throughout the year. Need I go on?

      Cons

      The only complaint I can think about are Salad Wednesdays and just because I don't like salad lol

      Pros

      Some talented and supportive colleagues who tried to make the best of a difficult situation.

      Cons

      There is a serious lack of fairness and transparency in promotions. I witnessed a less experienced white coworker being promoted over more qualified employees of color, with no clear explanation or performance-based justification. This pattern reflects deeper issues of bias and favoritism in the company’s leadership culture. Hard work and results don’t seem to matter as much as who you’re friends with or whether you fit a certain image. These kinds of decisions destroy morale and make employees from underrepresented backgrounds feel undervalued and overlooked.
