      Pros

      Great work environment; nice office in Soho; lots of fun activities, snacks, etc. Great mission. Smart people too - people are really great at what they do. Talented hardworking founders who everyone respects.

      Cons

      The only cons that come to mind is that people are expected to work hard and the quality standards are very high. So people who don't like that, don't make it there for very long. That's why turnover is so high.

      Free coffee all day. Good Coworkers, minimal drama.

      Cons

      Micro managers, Phasing out certain jobs with AI so they expect you to work at AI speed. Monitor your break time down to minutes per month.Have a spreadsheet of every single mistake you make that other employees can write you up on it. Offer amazing amenities you can’t use because you are glued to your desk working and get a very short 30 minute lunch break.

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, fully remote schedule was nice (until it wasn't).

      Cons

      Long hours, being remote means you're expected to work longer hours with no work/life balance. They have employees all over the US and India which meant early mornings for India calls and later meetings to connect with west coast coworkers. The workload is intense, so beware you will get paid well and have good benefits but you won't be able to enjoy it much with all the workload you'll have.
