• I got the chance to understand how much workplace culture can impact one’s overall well-being. • A few kind colleagues made the difficult days slightly easier.

Cons

The work environment was emotionally draining, with little to no empathy from management. • Unrealistic expectations, constant pressure, and lack of proper communication created a toxic atmosphere. • Mental health was never acknowledged — burnout was treated as weakness instead of a warning sign. • No real support system for employees dealing with stress or personal issues.
