Pros
Great work environment; nice office in Soho; lots of fun activities, snacks, etc. Great mission. Smart people too - people are really great at what they do. Talented hardworking founders who everyone respects.
Cons
The only cons that come to mind is that people are expected to work hard and the quality standards are very high. So people who don't like that, don't make it there for very long. That's why turnover is so high.
