Freedom for technical choices and a healthy working environment. A lot of platforms development with interesting challenges, providing a good learning of new things. Not boring at all.

Cons

Salaries below the market average. Miscommunication between IT and commercial departments. Lack of a medium and long term plan for the company. Inappropriate physical infrastructure.
