      Good salary, bonuses and perks. Good life-work balance in general, thougb slightly inclined towards work.

      Cons

      They kept replacing senior management with new people coming from random departments or locations. Knowledge was constantly lost due to that fact.

      Accumulation of great talent, working on epic content, great culture, fair pay, good to excellent (depending on position) career development and training options. The company stays true to its core values, such as embracing your inner geek, learn and grow, play nice, play fair and every voice matters.

      Cons

      As with all huge companies, change can be challenging. Don't expect things to move too quickly.
