Pros

Large talent pool. Legacy of fun, polished, high-quality, high-value games. Loyal fans due to this legacy. Strong and diverse IP, ready to be leveraged by any motivated game-team, movie studio or other content creator.

Cons

Rapidly changing leadership team over the last 5-10 years has meant that everyone has had to adapt to a significant amount of change, mostly negative. Highly visible legal issues have tarnished the once stellar reputation of this company and has led to the exodus of top-talent and a massive hit to the morale of those that stayed.
