Pros

Some very smart and great people to work with. Games are great and the employees do care about the product.

Cons

Growth in some critical departments (QA) was to fast for the inexperienced management team to handle. There response was to hire more in-experienced and out of industry people that made the problem worse.

Pros

I really enjoy the work I do and the people I do it with. In my tenure so far, there have been many unusual and fun projects that have been available for me, though I have the feeling that my experience is not entirely typical.

Cons

Too many managers. Not enough trust of individual employees abilities.
