Pros

great team leads, great co-workers, great swag.

Cons

hired way too many corporate execs from Dell, who decided to change this from a creative environment to a more structured, business-like environment. career opportunities not really there for customer service reps, without jumping through way too many hoops.

Pros

Fun work environment, Middle management seems to care, service with customers that are usually passionate about the service/product.

Cons

Higher ups do not seem to listen to the people that deal with customers day to day (talking about the newest transmog helm issue), it's still a customer service job, so can be frustrating/soul draining.

Pros

Great environment, great colleagues, challenging and interesting work

Cons

You'll either love it or not, there is no real in between. It's a very unique culture unlike any other company I've worked work, personally I love it!
