Pros

- You learn a lot. Their Training programs are very good - Easygoing staff - Payment is nice and benefits are quite OK - Mentoring and advice is remarkably good. -Very competitive atmosphere. Stats and metrics.

Cons

- Employees metrics could be improved and made them more fair. - Quality comes only from surveys from customers. Quite hardcore. - You have to find a way to "outsmart" the ladder system for internal progression.

Pros

The company really takes care of you

Cons

When the company had an internal restructure many things changed and some of the "blizzard spirit" was lost, at least in the european departments.

Pros

Great benefits: sick leave, insurance, paid time off, on-site gym and break rooms. Free subscription to games, lots of memorabilia, and comfortable/casual work environment. Relatively easy to get along with coworkers as team building exercises were pretty commonplace.

Cons

Increasing level of micromanagement: heavily monitored breaks from desk (even to go to the bathroom) and constantly changing expectations as far as productivity, customer satisfaction, and other criteria. Possibility of being placed on deep overnight shift, although if that's your thing, it works out.
