Pros

Wonderful facility, great medical/dental/vision plans, Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

When promoting employees they tend to overlook qualities and strengths and instead they choose employees based on a "popularity contest". Ive had many friends that should have received a raise/promotion but they were overlooked because they were the quiet type. They have metrics that are not concrete and are unreasonable. Right when you think you're doing great they change the metrics again and you have to work towards a new goal to try and get a raise. Plain and simple they have a well constructed system that makes raises very difficult. Be prepared to get paid less than what you're actually worth. They know that there are fanboys out there that are willing to do this job for next to nothing and they have mentioned it to employees before.

Pros

The culture and people are amazing to work with. Many of them are "super" talented as artists and software engineers.

Cons

Still a small company feeling. Though the company is still growing it is a healthy natural thing for the "small company" feeling.
