      The company treats employees with respect and make very big efforts to provide resources and great compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Change is hard, even when several people believe it's needed, there are a lot of politics that prevent change from happening.

      Fully remote and flexible work hours in my role. Allows you to work aboard for several weeks at a time. Excellent benefits too.
