the layoffs just keep coming and morale is low data and systems are outdated, so you don't know who your most engaged employees are, and have to trust managers who may or may not be reliable sources of information it's a mess. too many decisions made too slowly. way past the move fast and break things stage, this company should have it's stuff together by now, org structure was once so silo'd that decisions didn't roll across groups, now we struggle to get buy in for needed changes
