Amazing people, Unlimited PTO and some teams even offered 4 day work week.

Cons

In the last 2 years we have seen at least three waves of layoffs and they often come quite abruptly, only giving you about 30 min after your notice before you lose access to everything.

Cons

Lots of turn over and random lay offs. It was hard to feel secure when your co workers are getting laid off left and right.
