Cons: • Leadership and company culture don’t always align with the values they promote. For example: • Empathy: Some interactions during the interview process lacked basic engagement and respect, which felt at odds with the company’s commitment to this value. • Transparency: It was evident the position had already been filled before my interview, but this was not communicated. This lack of openness diminished trust in the process. • Innovation: Suggestions for thinking outside the box during a role-play exercise were dismissed outright, which seemed contradictory to Block’s emphasis on creativity. • Knowledge Gaps: One of the interviewers did not know how to answer when asked how they foster a positive company culture. This is a red flag, as fostering culture is fundamental to a company’s leadership and values.

Leadership. The Senior staff was disconnected from their employees and expected that everyone would always agree with them. Leads were put in positions to agree with senior staff and didn't have a grasp of their teams jobs. They actively pursue DEI hires & if you aren't one you are scrutinized. There is nepotism with leads getting their family members hired. The culture is awful, every team member will stab you in the back to gain favor with your boss. The unlimited vacation policy is not real. You can expect to work 80+ hrs per week & if you are a woman that works for a man or vice versa expect to be treated differently. I hated everyday of going to work at this place. Jack is not a leader.
