      The business model is good. Many people are working hard and creating cool products.

      Cons

      Hired too many people during the boom time and cut people ruthlessly when the market was not good. I don't like the unhealthy competitions within the team and company.

      Enjoyed my time at Block. Pretty good benefits and work life balance

      Lack of managerial training is evident. Not everyone should be promoted to a managerial role, and there's a failure in assessing whether someone is better suited for an individual contributor role or managing people. This impacts morale significantly.
