No cash bonus only stock (which is quite volatile), managers vary greatly from team to team, promotions are few and far between

Very helpful people, open to full-remote work, the company has the right size to find interesting stuff to work on while not being a wear-all-hats startup.

Cons

Pay has decreased substantially with stock price. Company is trying to tighten its budget to appease shareholders and that means more strict yearly reviewing. It's losing some talent to other companies.
